K-8 Application

Here’s a bit of information about us: Elk Plain is a public K-8 school within the Bethel School District. As a school of choice, we accept applications only from students who reside within the Bethel School District boundaries.

While we follow the same district curriculum, we differentiate ourselves by offering accelerated learning opportunities for our students.

What sets us apart from other schools is our specialized K-5 classes in dance, science, art, music, and theatre.

For our middle school students, we offer a variety of elective choices based on what our teachers are able to offer. These electives include Leadership, PE, Public Speaking, Science Exploration, Art, Dance, Theatre, Choir, STEAM, Robotics, Band, Orchestra, Video Journalism, Medical Detectives, and Energy & the Environment.

If you’re interested in having your child attend Elk Plain, please complete the Elk Plain School of Choice Application. 

Once submitted, your student will be added to our waitlist. We will contact you when space becomes available for your student to attend.

Please Note: This application is intended for current school-age students. It may also be used by families who missed the Kindergarten Lottery timeline and have a student entering kindergarten in the upcoming fall school year.
